Culture testing is critical to knowing exactly what species of internal parasites are living on your farm.
It is advised to culture test at least twice a year. Once at the start of the growing season (spring) and once after the dry season has broken (autumn) this is the best way to see firstly what species are active and secondly if they have been persistant after the summer and after the first summer drench for the season.
If you have completed a FEC test with us, our staff might advise to complete a culture test if the FEC results are too high. This is advisable so a targeted drench may be used.
